1. The marketplace

TourPlug LTD operates TourPlug, a marketplace where independent tourism tour guides can publish services and travelers can discover and book them. Unless a listing clearly says otherwise, TourPlug is not the tour guide of the travel service. The tour guide is responsible for delivering its listing.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly update material account details. You must be legally able to enter a contract and, when acting for a business, have authority to bind it. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

3. Listings and bookings

Prices, inclusions, exclusions, meeting details, availability, and tour guide-specific rules shown in a listing form part of the booking terms. A booking is confirmed only when TourPlug displays a confirmed status after server-side payment verification, or when the tour guide expressly confirms it. Travelers must check entry, health, insurance, and travel-document requirements relevant to their trip.

4. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. Charges, currency, taxes, and fees are shown before payment where supported. A browser redirect or screenshot alone does not prove payment; TourPlug relies on the payment provider's verified status.

5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

The listing's disclosed rules and our Cancellation and Refund Policy apply. Some services are non-refundable or weather-dependent. A refund is not complete until the relevant payment provider confirms it.

6. Reviews and community content

Reviews must describe a genuine experience, be lawful, and avoid private or misleading information. TourPlug may moderate, reject, or remove content that breaches these terms. A “verified booking” label means the account has a completed TourPlug transaction associated with the reviewed package; it is not an endorsement of every statement in the review.

7. Prohibited conduct

Do not misuse accounts, evade fees, scrape the service without permission, upload malware, infringe rights, manipulate reviews, misrepresent availability or credentials, or use TourPlug for illegal, unsafe, discriminatory, or fraudulent activity.

8. Availability and responsibility

We work to keep the platform accurate and available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Independent tour guides control their services. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TourPlug is not responsible for indirect losses or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Suspension, changes, and disputes

We may restrict an account or listing to protect users, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. We may update these terms prospectively and will change the date above. The governing law is the law applicable to the TourPlug operator and the transaction. Mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
