1. Who is responsible

TourPlug LTD is responsible for personal information used to operate TourPlug. Tourism tour guides may separately control information they receive to fulfil a booking.

2. Information we collect

We may collect account and contact details; tour guide business information; listings, bookings, reviews, support messages, and transaction references; device, log, security, and cookie data; and information you choose to provide. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own notices; TourPlug stores transaction status and references needed to reconcile a payment.

3. Why we use it

We use information to create and secure accounts, publish listings, process and reconcile bookings, provide support, prevent fraud, moderate content, operate and improve the service, send necessary service messages, meet legal duties, and establish or defend legal claims. Depending on the context, our basis is performance of a contract, consent, legal obligation, or legitimate interests balanced against your rights.

4. When we share it

We share only what is reasonably necessary with the relevant traveler or tour guide, payment processors, hosting and communications suppliers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, and a successor in a lawful business transfer. We do not sell personal information.

5. International processing and retention

Suppliers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use lawful transfer safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including fraud prevention, financial records, disputes, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it where practical.

6. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection; withdraw consent; or complain to a data-protection authority. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law permits or requires it.

7. Security, children, and changes

We use administrative and technical safeguards designed for the nature of the information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. TourPlug is not directed to children who cannot lawfully create an account. We may update this notice and will revise the date above.
